Uncoil-Shear-Leveling Production Line

The Uncoil-Shear-Leveling Production Line is the equipment specially foe leveling and cutting thin sheet metal into blocks. It is usually made up of feeding car, uncoiling machine, plate supporting and conveying machine, main leveling machine, plate conveying bridge, direction-correcting facility, length fixing equipment, film adding facility, shearing machine, conveying work table, pneumatic plate-vertically-lining frame, hydraulic lifting stacking table, blocks-of-plate-conveying facility, hydraulic system, electric system etc., together with PLC control system. The main units for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric systems and length measuring and fixing system are all world famous products.

This equipment is mainly used to process cold-rolled steel, coiled stainless plate and coiled nonferrous metal plate etc. Equipped with six-high roller leveler, this line can well-level coiled plate whose surfaces need advanced technology to process, and then cut the leveled plate into blocks in required length. According to the requirements of the customer, leveling can be achieved by primary or advanced leveling machine; shearing the leveled plate in required length can be achieved by ordinary mechanical electrical appliance together with digital frequency conversion technology or alternating servo technology. The shearing machines could be ordinary mechanical or hydraulic ones, high-speed gated ones whose power is transmitted by electromagnetic clutches or pneumatic clutches, flying-saw ones and turning style flying ones. If equipped with other machines, the function of this line can be enhanced.
