STEEL GRATING
Steel grating named grid board or steel bar grating. The steel grate is a new type of steel building materials. Its features light weight, high bearing capacity, avoid cleaning, no water,no product contamination,prevent slippery prevent explosion, and good ventilated daylighting capacity etc. Widely used for steel structure platform, the flue empowerments maintenance platform, ship deck,port machinery, offshore oil drilling platform, chemical plant steel structure workshop, power plants, steel mills and mines and other region and units.
Steel grating is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welded by cutting,incision,opening,overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products, and according to different environment use requirement, we can choose the different material, such as stainless steel, brass, aluminum alloy etc.
We can also provide the surface treatments: hot dipped galvanized, electro galvanized, planting, PVC coated, electrolytic polishing, epoxy resin coating,spray etc. For different demands of the environment, we generally recommend using hot-dipped galvanized,Because the grating can be used more than 90 years if choose the HDG surface treatment.
