PHC Spun Piles production line
1. Centrifugal Spun machine
Our Spun machine technology is first introduced from Japan since 1980' s,
with over 20 years improved and adjusted, our machines and spun moulds have been sold very well around China market and international market. It is with running stablely and safely, lower noise and environment friendly.
We equip the spun machine with the Variable Frequency PLC and Motor, which helps save about 30% power and long using life, and low fault rate, easy to maintenance.
2. Steel Pile mould.
The popular specification of the moulds are 300-1000mm in diameter , 7-15meter in length.
Our company use steel raw material according to the international standard, even the little bolts and screws. And our design for the connecting bolts with Spring have got the Patents , and win a lot reputations from our old custmers. We also can do the special specification with your countries standars or processing according to buyer' s drawing.
3. Full-automatic Cage welding machine
Now the most popular technology for the piles is the Pre-tensioned and Stressed Spun piles. The processing of the steel bar is one of the most important part of the production line.
The automatic cage welding machine will weld the Tensile steel bar and Spiral wire to form the high quality Cages.
A. PC steel bar, or named Tensile steel bar is a customed steel for the PHC piles, the diameter from 9-12mm.
B. Spiral steel wire, ususally the diameter is 4-8mm,

4. Steam Curing
after the Centrifugal machine spining, the following step is put the mould with wet pile into steam tank for curing.
with strict temperature checking, and the appereance checking, we can put the piles after demoulding to the Autoclave
to curing again. Then after pressure and strength checking, the finished piles can be stocked in the yard.
