Specifications
The drilling mud manifold consists of mud valves, high pressure unions, tee joints, high pressure hoses, elbows, pressure gauges, pup joints and etc.
Ground valve group, with gooseneck tee structure, features compact structure, low flow resistance and low power waste.
The high pressure unions are made from high-tensile alloy steel, which is forged with special dies, heat treated, and machined with CNC tools. Spherical and conical surfaces, together with sealing rings, makes perfect sealing. Fine structure makes it easier to assemble and disassemble the part.
Cemented carbide spraying welding technology is used on slab and seat of the mud valve, enhancing its wear-resistance and prolonged its service life.
The elbows, reduction pipes, tees and cross tees are made of quality alloy steel, cast or forged, with moderate thicker walls. Refined heat treatment strengthens them and enhances their erosion resistance.
High precision parts are produced with special technology. And all pressure containing parts are hydraulically tested before assembly.
