Sucker rod, as one of the key component of rod pumping equipment, serves to transmit surface power or motion to downhole sucker rod pumps.

Vigor’s Sucker rod production line strictly complies with API 11B and Q1 quality specification. It is 100% controlled and inspected from the raw material, non-destructive test to ensure the fine inner quality.

Production flow: Raw material-straighten-forging-polishing-heat treatment-Threading-inspection-packing-delivery.

In each process, we have the quality control card for its quality condition and stage inspection.

In order to meet the diversified well condition, our special alloy steel designed for moderate to heavy loads in corrosive environment.

And tungsten alloy coating strengthen the rod for more severe wells.
