1. Hardness difference from surface to center is less than HRC3.
2. The Ni-hard liners are designed for high abrasion performance.
3. Hardness:HRC≥53.
4. Surface of castings is free from burnt sand & smooth.
5. It is free from hard spot, visible injurious defects such as blow hole,porosity, shrinkage, cracks, cold-shuts.
6. Excellent wear performance:under same working condition, the wear property of Ni-hard Casting liners is superior to the high Mn steel liners and Cr-Mo alloy liners.
