This Centrifugal Pipe making machine is also called Cement Hume Pipe machine,
which use the Wet Concrete as the material. its working principle is that the electric motor will drive the running wheel revolves at designated speed, then the pipe mould with the supporting wheel on the machine will be driven by the Running Wheel.
The high speed revolving will produce the Centrifugal force to make the concrete adhereing to the inner mould wall, and discharing the extra air and Cement Slurry. afer that , the very critical step is the Steam Curing, with the good steam curing, the pipe are easy to take off the mould, and reach up the International Standard Strength, and perfect surface.
