Specifications
This is automatic specialized equipment for mandrel winding cylindrical Li-ion battery. The welded tab of anode & cathode and separator are fixed on the proper position which function is of unwinding, rectifying error, adding mandrel, winding, sticking the terminated adhesive tape width and output the battery cell automatically. It is easy to operate and maintain.
·It applies to automatic production equipment for making mandrel winding cylindrical Li-ion battery.
·It winds after adding mandrel, which can reduce the subsequent, processing technology, improve the stability of cell and avoid the unqualified products by plugging mandrel.
·The unwinding and winding also be with the rectify error installation.
·It adopts the driving of AC servo motor which is unwound by tension.
·It adopts the winding way of three station and improves the production efficiency.
·This machine fixed with magnetic cleaning device which also be with antistatic and cleaning &recovery installation for the electrode.
•Detection device monitors the operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality.
•PLC controlled system is to show the performance by touching the screen. It’s easy to set up and operate.
