ZSM Series Double Shaft Linear Vibrating Screen
Linear Vibration Screen Application:
This series are suitable for coal, metallurgical beneficiation, electric power, light industry, sugar making.etc, having advantage of high handling capacity and screening efficiency.etc. for the dewatering, medium seperation, desliming of all kinds of material and dry-wet material grading.
Working principle:
1. Working principle of the sieve
Under the push of excited vibrating force, the material is sequently thrown inclined upward on the screen. The material become loosening while being thrown upward, and then it hits on the screen surface, making the particles that equal to or smaller than the sieve mesh get through the screen, thus realize dewatering, medium seperation and grading.
2. Self-synchronization principle:
The vibrator of sieve B is not forced related, there is no gear between the two shafts. To make sure the screen vibrates in a linear track, the two shaft must rotates strictly in synchronization with opposite direction, which can be naturally realized in the vibrating system of double shaft screen.
3. Damper working principle:
Please refer to the arrangement drawing of damper vibrator. Under operation and stop condition, the rubber block doesn't contact with the base hole. It puts a symmetrical pressure on the screen box, making it keep at a stable location thus to remove the transverse vibration and twisting.
When the machine is stopped and makes resonance bounce, the screen box amplitude is larger than the gap between the rubber block and the base hole, and the vibration must overcome the dynamical friction between the rubber block and the screen box side wall. The frictional damping consumes part of the kinetic energy, restricting the resonance amplitude within three times of the working amplitude. The damping force can be adjusted by regulating the bolt.
