QC500 series full-automatic engine online dynamometer is a special test system for testing the performance of engine on the production line, which can meet the requirements for all kinds of engine’s off-line test.

Based on national standard and trade standard, this system is designed to test the basic online performance of engine. It adopts international advanced AC variable frequency control technology and computer data processing technique. Accurate positioning and automatic clamping of engine’s assembly fixtures on the conveyor belt are completed through automatic control. The automatic docking of engine with dynamometer and that of engine with exhaust muffler device are implemented.

The system adopts network industrial computer to judge the test results automatically, upload data in real time and automatically store them in the server. The network inquiry, management and analysis of the data can all be implemented. This system is a high-tech product which is an integration of machinery, computer, auto-test and data processing.
