1,Overview
    Ball mill applies to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, widely used in mine-selection, building materials and chemical industry, etc. it can be divided into dry and wet two grinding ways. According to the different ways of discharging, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.
2,Uses and application scope
    Ball mill is the key equipment for crushing after the material has been broken. it is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal and glass ceramics production industry, it grind all kinds of ores and other grind ability materials in dry or wet way
3,working principle
    The ball mill is the horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two chambers, and lattice-type. By feeding device the materials evenly are fended into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. There are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber, the mill containing different specifications steel-balls, the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the ball for a certain height of fall, they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, it will enter into the second chamber through single-layer partition plate, inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel-balls for further materials grinding. Powder discharged through the discharge grate plate to finish grinding operation.
4,Structure
    The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbling process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.

1,Overview
    Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, metall-urgical industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry.

    The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving  jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
2,Working principle
    Motor drives V-belt and belt pulley to make moving jaw do periodic motion by eccentric shaft.  Moving jaw moves upwards to the fixed jaw when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases, so materials are crushed in this process.  Moving jaw moves downwards from fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, so the final crushed materials are discharged from the outlet.  The moving jaw moves periodically according to the eccentric shaft movement, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed and discharged continually.

When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the materials which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being refreshed Until they reached the required size.

1,Overview
    Trough feeder is applied in the primary crushing as the equipment of the feeder. It is widely used in the industry of the metallurgy, mining, chemical, construction, plant coal and so on.
    Trough feeder can be set up on the ground and can also be hoisting the ore bin on the discharge port. Slot backplane for reciprocating movement, the pumping of 20-60 times / min, stroke is 20-200mm. Stroke can be adjusted appropriately eccentric device, eccentricity of stroke in half. According to some mine, for cohesive ore, eccentricity should not be less than 30mm. Trough feeder feed trough width of about 2-2.5 times the maximum particle size.
