Working process
Pretreatment Waste tyre put into uninterrupted cracking reactor ,through catalytic heating distillate oil steam, it’s via light and heavy Group separation device arrive to Condenser.
while the ash automatically eliminate , liquefied part condensate as tyre oil ,unliquefied part trough combustion gas purification system input heating system.
The main features of the machine
Safety
1) Pressure gauge, alarming device, safe valve.
2) We have anticlogging device, in case of jam, there will be antomatic alaiming, automatic exhaust and automatic decompression.

3) Using 245R/345R boiler plate. The thickness of part by fire is 14/16/18mm, other parts is 12mm.
