Description

A solvent-free, 2-component super low viscosity-liquid, based on high strength epoxy resins. Specially for injecting into cavities and cracks in concrete.

Uses

To fill and seal cavities and crack in structural concrete such as columns, beams, foundations, decks and water-retaining structures.

Instruction for Use

Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean and sound. It may be dry or damp, but free of standing water.

Mixing

Pre-mix each component. Proportion 5part Component A to 1 part Component B into a clean pail.

Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes with a paddle on low - speed (400-600 rpm) drill until uniformly blended. Mix only quantity that can be used within its pot life.

Injection

The crack can be injected with high pressure grouting pumpS812.

Limitations

Maximum crack width 5.0 mm.

Minimum age of concrete must be 28 days prior to application

Caution

Wear protective clothing , goggles, gloves and or barrier cream. In case of contact with skin, wash plenty of water immediately and consult a physician.

Handling Precautions

1. Avoid contact with skin and eyes

2. Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work

3. If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly

4. If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with warm water and seek medical attention without delay
