How to operate this machine?
1) feed the raw material into furnace automatically or manually, then seal the feed inlet system
2) heat the reactor by burning the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system
the reactor will slowly become heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius, the oil gas will be formed
3) After processed by our technology, the oil gas will go to cooling system for cold liquid oil
the gas which can not become liquid under normal pressure , will be designed to go back to combustion system through safety device instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which is environmental friendly and can save you much energy
4)After finished oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will be down,while,carbon black can be discharged automatically
5) when the temperature fall down to 100 degree celsius,worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire
6) Then can start to another batch working

Technical Detail
This is a batch process system.
The waste tyres are fed into the reactor vessel and heated under controlled conditions of temperature and pressure.
The process will bring about molecular restructuring of the rubber under the pyrolysis process as the result; furnace oil in gaseous form is produced along with other gases.
These vaporized gases are passed through heat exchanges, where in the furnace oil is condensed into liquid form.
During the process, carbon black and steel are also generated.
The heat exchanger uses coolant water, as a condensing medium and this water is re-circulated through process.
After-sales service
Installation and Training: We will send one technicians for each set of machine to your company within 10 days when the machine arrives to your factory. The technicians will be charge of guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be 30 days. You shall pay salary for the technician with 50USD per day and also the round-trip ticket and accommodation.
As we all know, this is a special field, high profit and high risk. So, when you choose a supplier, security will be the most important thing.Except security, technology, quality and oil refining experience are also very important.
