This series has widely application in grinding the glass edges, such as furniture glass, electrical appliance glass and so on.
Characteristic
■This series is specially suitable for the requirement of high polishing effect of the glass .
■Strong structure with high-class spraying plastic for surface of machine body and anti-corrosion material for key spare parts.
■The main transmission is adjustable by transducer, constant power, constant output.
■The movement of the machine is controlled by double straight line guide rail and ballscrew which will guarantee the accuracy of the process size. With special treatment of sliding block for guide rail, it will not easy to come off, and more stable and accurate.
■Quick and simple tool for changing the grinding wheel. With man-machine interface, it's easy to operate and adjust the relevant parameter.
■The encoder system is responsible for controlling the upper compress which can achieve the function of automatic lift and fall.
■Polishing part is compensated by semi-automatic pneumatic device.
■The lift and fall of upper chamfer is driven by motor, its height can be adjusted according to the thickness of glass
