Special Conditions of high voltage box-type switching station
According to Standard IEC60694, end users and manufacturers must reach an agreement when special occasion occurs. When encountering extremely bad condition, please don't hesitate to consult your manufactures and suppliers. Once the distribution equipment is mounted in the place higher than 1000m ASL, more attention must be paid in order to adjust SF6 pressure during production
Transportation of high voltage box-type switching station
During carriage & transportation, if necessary, fix the bottom bracket with nails. If transport by truck, should be fixed & carried by PE bottom bracket with plastic tap
Feature & Advantages of high voltage box-type switching station
1. The material of the box body is made of stainless steel plate with plastic-sprayed on surface. The thickness is no less than 2mm with strong corrosion resistant capability. It adopts the whole welding, safe, reliable, anti-deformation, light and beautiful.
2. The box has an air vent. The air intake is designed in the box body plate with dust filter, the air outlet in the top and under the eaves. Air convection is formed from bottom to top with excellent heat insulation, good ventilation. The top cover has a certain angle.
3. The door is sealed with weather strip, fixed with limited hook, and with rain-proof lock.
4. The switch is installed and tested in the factory, and transported by lift to avoid position moving. It only needs to lift the box body into the right position for installation.
