Specifications
Raw material of the machine line is pre-straightened & cut to length steel strip and twisted steel wire. Grating welding machine is able to weld steel strip and twisted wire together without protrusions on the surface. Welded steel grating is widely used in offshore oil drilling platform,second floor channel of the factory; municipal works and sewer cover and so on.
GYH Series
Technical advantages:
1.Twisted wire does not have burrs and there is no waste of material.
2.Steel grating has good flatness. The machine also equipped with Synchronous leveling system.
3.Has accurate distance for steel strip. The steel strip will not be straight enough in the beginning, but it will not affect the accuracy of the distance.

6.Adopted closed-loop controlling, stable and reliable.
7.High automatic degree, save labor costs.
8.Easy and convenient to change specification.
It only takes 1 minute to adjust the cross wire falling device when changing the wire diameter.
