We are a specialized manufacturer of diamond tools for stone and construction work with 20 years experience, but we mainly concentrate on series diamond wire for natural stone and construction demolition like bridge and buildings since 2004. We monthly produce around 8000meters diamond wire and 15sets of quarry wire saw at present, and 80% of our present products are for export to USA, European, Brazil, Africa and Middle East.

We produce the diamond wire with procedures as follows:

1. Sintered diamond beads with cobalt bond system and top quality diamond from South Korea and U. K, which make sure for good cutting performance in both speed and life.

2. 40 PCS Diamond beads with specification of 11.5mm diameter, and 6.5mm width of diamond for better cutting life

3. Top quality steel cable from Germany with diameter of 4.8mm and structure of 133 thighs (7*19PCS), with guarantee for no break during normal work.

4. Good quality crude rubber with advanced technical procedures and equipment for injection, which make the rubber get inside of steel cable with better protection of steel cable and no break during work.

5. Put spring between the beads to keep position of each beads when cutting hard part of steel inside the construction.

1. the power and technical parameters of wire saw machine
2. the condition of the concrete, it is cured concrete or green concrete
3. the diameter of the steel inside, if any
4. the percentage of steel involved, if any
5. the usual dimension of cutting bench, especially the working height
6. Expected cutting performance in both speed and life
7. Special requirement if any
