from aluminium scrap(automobile components, extrusions, UBC) to aluminium alloy ingot.
1.twin-chamber melting furnace is specially designed for secondary aluminium production line. Using twin chamber furnace can let the flue gas not touch the scrap aluminum directly. Scrap is immersed in overheating liquid aluminium in melting room, and liquid aluminium is warming using burning machine in heating room. The burning loss is 1-4%, and energy consumption can be reduced by 20-30%.
2.casting machine runs smoothly which ensure good quality of aluminium ingot, casting capacity 20 pcs/min, casting speed can be adjusted.
3.automatic stacking machine: ingot stacking mechanically(1000 pcs/h), less labour(1-2 operators)
