The performance introduction of whole machine:

Whole machine—Equipped with professional air-condition, single-handle pilot control system, electronic control gearshift device to ensure easy operation, Independent transmission oil and hydraulic oil radiator improve the system stability.

Engine—Top-grade Diesel 247kw/h(336hp) WEICHAI engine with intercooler system, with multinomial patents, synthesize multilevel compound desert air filter technology, high efficiency, low noise and cooling technology, especially using in dusty environment.

Axle—Bigger and enhanced drive axles special for forklift loaders. The bearing, gears, hub and supporting axle are all bigger. Reliable drive system, heavier supporting weight. Made of specially-customized brake material heavy vehicle, front axle is with six sets of disc brake calipers, effectively ensuring the braking effect.

High Pressure Oil Hose—oil-pipes for high-pressure position adopts high-value and durable PARKER hose. More reliable and durable.

Structure—Special design , thickening steel plate, the thickness of lift-arm and hinged panels reaches 80mm, Bigger hinged pin and hinged bearing to fully improve the carrying capacity. Lift-arm increases the lower beam structure which to improve torsional performance, the operating weight reaches 43000kg and the width reaches 3520mm to effectively improve the lateral stability of the whole machine. Double rocker arms solve problem which the stone and rocker arm collide, meanwhile also make the driver's sight wider

Transmission and torque converter—Adopt CAT technology fixed shaft power shift transmission system, compact structure, long service life of gear. Make the whole machine more flexible, special for the harsh working environment at the quarries.

Fork—Bigger forks and fork arm carrier, the width of fork reaches 380mm; The fork distance reaches 1780mm  to ensure the big block is not easy to slide. Fork slope angle reaches 18 o, effectively solve the problem of unloading slope angle and taking out the fork when the height of the stacking goods reaches 3050 mm and height of loading reaches1680 mm

SPECIFICATION

Our XJ988-40 40ton stone block handling forklift loader (ordered by Indian Customer SWETHA GRANITE) had been successfully tested at the stone yard on May 15 2013, highly confirmed by the customers.  

It could lift 36.1ton to 3.05m height, 46ton to 1.5m height. Photos as bellowed.

The yellow granite block is originated in Brazil, size: 3000*2310*1980mm, density is 2750kg/m3, weighs: 36.1ton;

The two blue granite blocks are AURORA BLUE GRANITE, density is 3000kg/m3, weigh: 46.1ton in total, details as belowed:

Upper one size: 2070*1485*2700mm weighs:21.7ton

Bottom one size: 2500*1950*1550mm  weighs:24.4ton

WARNING: the rated loading weight is 40tons, the purpose of lifting 46.1ton of two stone blocks is to test the limits of our machine, but we never suggest any customers to overload it, which would reduce the usage and seriously harm the machine.

4. High Pressure Hydraulic Hose and Fittings

We use " PARKER" -the heavy duty performers (worldwide market leader in No-Skive hose technology)
