It adopts vertical labeling method, with special clamp device which assure the stability of bottle.

Adopts Japan AINANO servo motor, high speed labeling, exact orientation, long time work.

Adopts Germany Simens PLC and HMI, simple operation and automatically adjust labeling speed, trouble detection and display, the operator could shoot the trouble immediately.

AdoptsJapanpneumatic coding system, printed word is clear, stable and meet the requirements of high speed labeling machine. The machine will stop automatically while lying bottle or bottles blocks on the conveyor belt.

When the labels run out, labeling is stopped and alarms.

Adopts horizontal bottle feeding method, which realizes no broken bottles.

Adopts SUS304 stainless steel and T6 Aluminum alloy, meets GMP.
