Where this Oil Purification used? 

  This Double-stage Continuous On-Site Transformer Oil Treatment Plant Is Applied for Purifying the Insulation Oil in all kinds of large Power equipment, which Voltage larger than 110kv, altitude larger than 500M.

Usage Range:

1. Series ZYD Double-stage transformer oil purifier can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipments working safely and normally.

2. Series ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite.

3. Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

According to flow rate of oil treatment, Series ZYD have following models:

ZYD-30, ZYD-50,ZYD-100,ZYD-200, ZYD-300, etc. The dimension and weight will be changed with changing the technical specification.

1). Gas content is less than 0.1%

2). Impurity degree is less than 1μm without free carbon

3). Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV 4). Water content is less than 3 ppm(part per million)

5). Acidity value is less than 0.01 mgKOH/g

6). Dielectric loss factors at 90°C is less than 0.001

7). Cleanliness degree is less than NAS 1638 Grade 5
