E71T-1 is a kind of Ti type flux-cored wire by CO2. It is applied for all-position welding which includes vertical down welding. When the welding is taken, there small splashes, and the electric arc is stable and gentle. Furthermore, it has high slag detach ability and beautiful shaped welding seam. It is superior to solid welding wires in cladding, welding technical performance and mechanical properties of deposited metal. It is used for the welding of low carbon steel and 490 grade strength steel of moderate thickness plates welding.
