Introduction:
The series of stainless steel Mixing tanks are made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L). All joints and inside is mirror finished without any dead angle and cleaned easily. It consists of inner vessel, jacket and insulation with the configurations of agitator, CIP hole, Manhole, sight mirror, thermometer etc. It is sealed type with vacuum system, and the material contacting the liquid is the stainless steel 304 or 316L. We can make single layer, double jacket layer and 3 layers mixing tank(with jacket & insulation). Electric heating or steam heating way as optional.
Technical parameters:
Material adopts 316L or 304, inside surface roughness is Ra0.4μ M, outside surface roughness is Ra0.8μ M.
Agitation mode: Top mechanical agitator.
Impeller type: Propeller type, Spiral type, anchor type or according to clients specific requirement.
Jacket form: Dimple jacket, full jacket or coil jacket.
Insulation material adopts rock wool, polyurethane or pearl cotton.
Components:
Vent filter, sight mirror, pressure gauge, manhole, cleaning ball, wheel, thermometer, liquid level gauge, and Control system or according to clients specific requirement.
Capacity of mixing tank: 50L, 100L, 200L, 500L, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T, 10T
