Brief Introduction:
Automatic composite coat coating machine is the core equipment in the Dacromet coat procedure, which includes an automatic coating machine, an industrial chiller and a hydraulic station. Designed by senior engineers, this equipment adopts advanced technology at home and abroad. It is used for painting Dacromet or other organic solvent and water based coatings on work pieces. This equipment is composed of dip-coating structure, centrifugal drying structure, paint circulation stirring structure, paint temperature regulating system (mainly performed by the industrial chiller), feeding ascension structure, weighing transfer structure, work piece conveying system, electrical control system and some other elements.
