Step 1 : Make Prototype And 3D
   We will produce a handmade prototype according to the requirements and information you provided. Most parts of prototype are finished by hand and it requires about 28-35 days for it .
   It is possible to save development cost and time If you can provide a physical sample or 3D data .
   After complete prototype , our engineer will scan it and get the 3D .
  We will send prototype & 3D drawing to you to confirm if all details are made in accordance with your requirement . We advise you to check the prototype & 3D carefully , because correct prototype & 3D is much easier than mold .

Step 2 : Make Mold
   In this key stage, there are total 17 procedures including lathe process , milling process , planer process , grinding process , drilling process , CNC process , EDM process , rough machining , heat treatment process , finish machining , polishing , assembly .
   Usually it requires about 30-40 days.
   We don't make mold ourselves , but we have good partners who had more than 10 years mold manufacture experience .

Sample confirmation
   There are 2 kinds of samples , alloy sample without paint & finished sample with all decoration .
   After the alloy molds finished, we will make a few alloy samples and submit to you for review . You can inspect structure and details and then give us your comments , we will modify sample until get your final confirmation .
   Several finished samples will be made after alloy sample confirmation , this sample is exact the same as mass production products , similarly , we need to get your confirmation before starting final production .

Step 3 : Mass Production
   We will start mass production after all confirmation .
   We will provide die cast , injection , polishing , degating , printing and assembly with quality inspection .

In the meaning time , you can design your own packing , we will make sample and show you .

Moreover , we have to discuss what Carton Mark should be printed .

Transit
Well , the shipping methods we can provide are car carrier, by sea or by air.
