Usage: The series of these products are used for cutting ordinary metal, steel, cast steel, spheroidal cast iron and nonferrous metal, besides, they also can be used for fluting stainless steel rubes, steel plates and walled tubes.
Transport and storage:
During transportation process, please load and unload carefully to prevent the crack and shock. Make sure the wheels are not hurted.
During storage, make sure the warehouse is dry and ventilated, keep wheels from moisture and direct sunlight.
Do put the wheels horizontally, do not touch the floor directly.
Safety rules in use for cutting wheel:
1, Check the wheel before mounting for possible damage.
2, Shut off the power or compress the air while installing the abrasion wheel.
3, Do check mounting flanges for equal size, relieved as required and correct diameter.
4, Make sure the operating rate of machine, does not exceed the maximum operating rate marked on wheel.
5, Do not twist the flange too tightly while installing.
6, Keep the job site in clean environment and in good order, to protect workman from being tripped by electric wires or gas pipes.
7, Do not take down the protective cover of the grinding equipment while grinding.
8, Fix the workpieces to be grinded, to prevent them from sliding and hurting workman.
9, Allow the newly mounted wheel to spin without grinding anything for at least one minute before grinding to check if there is any abnormal condition.
10, Do turn off coolant before stopping wheel to avoid creating an out-of-balance condition.
11, Wear earphone, dust respirators and protective goggles while work.
12, It is strictly forbidden to handle and grind the workpiece on the side of the cutting disc.
13, Observe safety recommendations.
