Manufacture technical :
1.Melting process:EAF + LF + VD
2.Process:Forged + Heat Treatment + Fine machined(turning + deep hole drilling + threading + hardfacing ).
We can machining according to your requirement.
3.Heat treatment: Normalized / Annealed / Quenched / tempered
4.Drill pipes are our main product, which are mainly made from AISI 4145H
MOD forging steel.
5.The physical properties are guaranteed one inch below the surface at normal temperature.
6.Heat treated by water quenching and tempering,rough machined as the drawing dimensions.
7.Strict UT inspection according to ASTM A-388 to guarantee high quality.
