working principle:
Centrifugal movement, that is driven by the motor liner for the high-speed rotation, strip the water was in the high-speed rotation of perishable eccentric exercise, water splash in the eyes of liner shell around the liner to achieve dehydration purposes.
Structure:
1.This machine is three feet hanging pendulum,can avoid load imbalance within the drum when in operation vibration feet.
2.Shell and cover is made by steel plate,chassis is made by cast iron,Outlet is at the bottom of the chassis, seat and foot pedestal materials are cast iron.
3.Bearing is made by high-quality steel,install two bearings,bottom is supported by thrust ball bearings,to reduce damage,save power.
4.Drum is made by stainless steel buttonhole,base is made by cast iron,with stainless steel bottom cover.Drum is installed in the top of tapered surface of bearings,to keep running stable.Taper is 1:10.
5.Using unique motor run by triangle tape,has centrifugal start flange,can make machine start slowly,high efficiency,can make drum stop running quickly,can be avoided by braking torque spindle.
