Standard parts: Punch dalian ( following HASCO STANDARD), HASCO, DME, MISUMI
Part material: ABS, ABS/PC, PA, PA66+30GF, PBT, PC, POM, PP, PE, PVC and so on
Leadtime of first samples: Around 5-8 weeks depends on plastic injection moulds construction.
Part design analyse--> mould design--> design checking and confirmation--> mould making--> trial production--> sampling--> adjustment--> approval.
