· Description:
hot melt butl sealantis a kind of single-part,
solventfree, 100% solid content, primary seal hot melt sealant for insulating glass. It has high adhesion in extrensive temperature.The butyl sealant has excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Benefit from its extremely vapor penetrability,
it has excellent antihumidity system when it work together with other sealant .It can be used for the manufacture of insulating glass units. Together with an elastic sealant compound like silicone, polyurethane or polysulfide sealant, they form an excellent dual-seal system.
· Usage method:
Contact surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Its concrete condition can be achieved by adjusting temperature and pressure. The preferred range of temperature is below 160°C. The operating environment temperature is recommended not to be lower than 10°C.
