Operation: Clipping hydraulic cylinder and rotating hydraulic cylinder are driven by electromagnetic valve with hydraulic power controller. The clipping cylinder makes its frame and container up to the rubber seal rings of stainless discharging drum, rotating the hydraulic cylinder, driving and rotating the crank, bring the roll-over stand to roll to its target, open the discharging valve to discharging materials. Pneumatic vibrator could ensure cleanly discharging.
