1          Technique description and performance:

l        TST-300 Drilling rig are designed with air, mud and air hammer drilling. It is applicable for seismic prospecting in complex stratum area such as Gobi, desert, river bed and gravel etc. Mainly uses imported components. It is mounted on 6X6 off-road chassis with steady performance, low maintenance cost and easy to operation.

l        It can carry out liquid normal circulation, air normal circulation and non medium (auger drilling) many drilling methods.

l        Adopts full hydraulic drive, central control, facilitate operating and reliable.

l        Power takes from the chassis engine. After changing in transfer case, power of chassis engine will be sent to hydraulic system.

l        Mud pump and air compressor uses the same hydraulic system. Controlled by hydraulic valve. Install un-directional valve on air pipeline to prevent mud getting into air compressor system.

l        Drilling rig system works by two hydraulic variable pump work through series-parallel connection. Power swivel uses double speed motor driving with big rev and torque scope. It has a broad applicability.

l        Top-driving improves drilling efficiency highly. End frame at end part is leveled through hydraulic system.

l        Pulldown speed control system of drilling rig has the function of self-adapting to stratum. It doesn't need manpower non-stop operating down hydraulic level. Drilling system can carry out possible max speed to do drilling according to stratum situation.

l        Specially designed two pieces of hoisting chains auto equalizer can improve the system's security and reliability. Drilling rigs meet QHSE requirements.
