Reclaim rubber is the product resulting from the treatment of ground vulcanized scrap rubber tires, tubes and miscellaneous waste rubber articles by the application of heat and chemical agents, followed by intense mechanical working. The regenerated rubber has almost the original plasticity, permitting the same to be compounded, processed and revulcanised.and it used to be as a substitute for virgin rubber,or as an addition when produce a rubber production.

It can completely or partly replace natural rubber or synthetic rubber. This product is made with 90 above scrap steel wire tire , processed by high temperature and high pressure, rapid desulfurization. 

With the characteristics of high tensile, good flexibility, small specific gravity, low mooney viscosity, etc., it's widely used in high-tensile products such as tire (inner or outer tire ), engineering rubber,railway slide pad,  v-belts, conveyor belt, bridge bearings as powerful rubber products.

Rubber reclaim, more usually called Reclaimed rubber, or just Recycled rubber refers to waste or scrap vulcanised (cured) that has been rendered fit for re-use by a complicated thermo-chemical process.

The waste rubber is granulated quite small to release and facilitate the removal of any metal and fabric that may be contained.It is then subject to a combination of heat, pressure and chemical softening / plasticising  agents  for a period of time in a large retort. After discharge, the treated waste is refined to remove any nibs or hard bits of unprocessed material.  This is done by extruder sieving and/or a refining mill. The material passes repeatedly through the mill and the coarse "bits" are pushed out to the sides of the mill nip (the wider part, due to the camber) and fall out into catchment trays at each side.  The good, refined material is taken off the mill as a paper thin sheet and wound up on itself to make thick slab. The material from the sides can be used to make lower grade, coarser reclaimed rubber.
