Function:

Used for automatic screw fastening through self-tapping screw connection between two workpiece, especially suitable for plastic profiles and strengthen steel liner.

Features:

1. Complete fastening of profile and steel liner without drilling holes by stamping on switch in one time.

2. Adopted high torque of electric motor overload protection, avoids the gas consumption is too large when using gas motor attack nails instability caused by the equipment. The motor automatic overload protect when tapping screw failure.

3. Low velocity motor can reduce wear of nail head effectively.

4. Automatic nail feeding device with convenient operation and high efficiency.

5. Automatically adjust according to the profile height and process different profiles without adjustment.

6. Design of quick split nail when tapping screw failure.

7. Tapping screw rod in device, change of tapping screw rod only need 10 seconds.

8. Screw spacing distance can be easily adjusted.

9. Each head installed with profile detection device, user adjust the machine heads spacing, the equipment can automatically identify the profile section when adjusting the head distance and make the corresponding head in work state, no working if not detect the profile , high efficiency and can save 3-5 workers.
