Basic steel fence panel with simple structure yet modern appearance.
Basic steel fence panel, with flat and smooth top, features simplest structure yet majestic appearance. This panel is ideal for a variety of applications such as swimming pools, schools, parking lots and estate security, etc.
Made of high quality steel, these panels are extremely rust and corrosion resistant owing to its four layers of superior coatings - hot dipped zinc coating for anti-rust form inside to outside; zinc phosphate coating to provide high adhesion between coating and basic material; zinc-rich epoxy coating for higher corrosion and impact resistance; at last, the polyester powder coating allows high stability of UV resistance, fouling performance as well a long service time.
It is available in two or three horizontal rails with or without flush bottoms as your request. And here is plan drawing of our fence panels as follow:
Basic steel fence panel patterns
Details:
Material: hot dipped galvanized steel material (complying with ASTM A653).
Construction: welded fence panels or component fence panels.
Finish: four layer of coating including zinc coating (H.D), zinc phosphate, Epoxy coating and polyester powder coating from inside to outside.
Distance A: 1" OR 1-1/8" from the first rail to the top.
Distance B: 5" or 5-1/2" from the two top horizontal rails.
Distance C: 2" from the bottom of picket to the ground.
Picket spacing: 3-15/16" or 3-3/4".
