1. Application
Jd-361-z coated resin-sand core shooting machine is a kind of heat core box core shooting machine. It is a semi-automatic, vertical parting machine. One needs to put the molds and take out sand cores by hand. Both coated resin sand (dry) and furan resin-sand (wet) can be used. This machine is commonly used in valve, faucet, hardware, hydraulic and pneumatic field for producing various sand cores required by small and medium-sized workpieces. It is especially commonly used in copper and aluminum casting for producing sand cores of complicated shape and low structure strength.

The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel. Both pneumatic and electrical part use products of world-famous brands, like Siemens, schneider, omron and airtac, etc...Therefore we can assure you that our products are of high quality.

4. Production flow (with conveyor belt )
Closing mold - forward leading of ejector arm - shooting head descending and core pulling cylinder rising - sand shooting -shooting head rising - ejector arm resetting - heating timing - core pulling cylinder descending when heating time is over - dynamic mold pushing up sand core - opening mold - turning over mold and conveyor belt rising - static mold pushing up sand core - taking out sand core by hand.
