Principle
Calibration device is made of working platform, clamping device, the front and end straight pipe, flow measurement or drain valve etc.
When the intake of the calibration device is connected with stable pressure source, water will flow into the water meter and then into standard measuring instrument. Compare the values between the water meter and measuring instrument, so as to know the indication error.

Instruction:
1. Clamp the water meter into the front and end of straight pipe or the center of pipe. Close the all control valve and open the inlet valve, to make water meter and pipe fill with pressure, in that case, there is no leaking water any more .
2, Open the control valve, and open the control valve again to let air out, which can make the water meter turn and then the pointer point at the zero or other degrees. Close the cyclic type regulating valve and record the graduation .Then let the water out,
The time is one minute about 10L, 20L, 100L, 300L, .And then close the drain valve, that is standard measurement of zero. Operate the drain value to some points and pour into the measurement. When the pointer arrives at graduation, or a set value. Close the cyclic type regulating, it is less than 1.5 seconds. When the water level is still, record the water quantity and the water quantity of standard measuring instrument. Compare them.
3, starting flow verification
Open the cyclic type regulating valve of the rotameter 4－90L／ slowly , at this time, the float will rise through the float of the water meter. When you notice the value is smallest, that is the practical float.
4, to make the water meter have common data, you had better use stable device.
Installation and adjustment
1, the device of installation and calibration device should be placed at the draughty place with good light.
2. Put the standard measuring instrument on the ground, adjust plate level well. The platform should be installed in the front of the instrument. Fix the measurement and working platform.
3, Connect well with the inlet pipe, and copper tube with two position four-way valve to make sure all joints will not be leaking.
4, if the rotameter is not well, adjust it and make it vertical.
5, It must have enough space when installed, which is convenient for using and mending.
Maintenance and attention
1, the seal element of two position four-way valve, clamping device and drain mechanism is fuel-resistant rubber " 0" .If the water is leaking in it, it should be replaced right away.
2, If the water gauge glass and glass rotameter is be used for a long time, the inner will have rust, which is bad for reading .If you wash it with oxalic acid, it will be new.
3, all kinds of valve is leaking, it can be replaced with sealing packing or valve
4, when using the rotameter, open the cyclic type regulating valve slowly. Don't break the glass pipe. Pay attention to the rotameter 4－90L／h.
5, the inside of rotameter should be clean, so as to be frozen crack.
