Specifications
Fluor Strip is used in detecting damage in corneal surface, evaluating ocular adaptability to hard contact lens, and inspecting leakage from incision caused by ophthalmic surgery. Fluor Strip is made of filter paper impregnated with highly pure fluorescein sodium solution. Sterilized by oxirane, it is nontoxic, free of side effects and non-irritative to eye. It can replace fluorescein sodium solution which is used in ophthalmic diagnosis currently. It is safe and reliable.
Direction
Moisten the tip of strip (the side with fluorescein sodium) by 1 or 2 drops of sterile BSS or physiological saline; touch the cornea or conjunctiva gently by the wet tip. Damaged area shall become greenyellow.
Attention
Sterile package for single use. Do not use it if the package is broken.
Size: Each strip includes 1 mg fluorescein sodium. 10 strips/box.
