Using Suggestions for and Applications of Tandem Thrust Roller BearingWhile using tandem thrust bearings, users should follow the following rules:1. Preload1% of the dynamic basic load rating should be preloaded. The dynamic basic load rating of every kind of tandem bearing is presented in Figure 1~3. Those not listed in the Figure will be provided by our company.
2. Radial guidanceFull complement cylindrical roller bearings and needle roller bearing can be used.
3. Eliminating titlingThe supporting parts of our thrust bearing must be machined to eliminate tilting.
4. Mounting toleranceTo ensure the normal operation, we recommend the following mounting tolerance: shaft f6 and housing bore F7.
5. Bearing lubricationTandem bearings should be lubricated frequently by thin oil lubrication.
6. Bearing installationWhile assembling and disassembling the bearings, users should not utilize hammer or other heavy things to strike their components
