The machine can make the brickforce for construction. The finished brickforce is in rolls and the machine can output three brickforce rolls at the same time. It is easy to operate and maintain. The brickforce is used in the brickwork reinforcement. It can be black brickforce or galvanized brickforce.

The application of the brickforce:
Brick Force masonry reinforcement is specified into projects by consulting engineers for it's cost and time saving properties.

Brick Force consists of two parallel wires joined by cross wires. The flattened profile of the main wires allows for efficient lapping and ensures sufficient mortar cover to develop bond.

Brick Force is available in both galvanised and stainless steel material.

1.This machine adopts synchronous control technique,welding time and cent-control welding is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit.This operation is accurate, it has stable function,firm welded point and without welded tracks.

2.Not only welding speed is fast bu also it is easy to learn and operate. servo motor, pulling the wire net by the servo motor auto.

3.The step motor controls fallen wefts structure & drawing materials are automatic(this technologyn has won the national patent ZL200520024381.3).So it is even and accurate,the edge of mesh is regular,it is unnecessary to slice the side.

4.Drawing mesh adopts the device with elastic tension link(which met the national patent ZL200520024380.9)and fixing the mesh,it is easy to regulate mesh hole and mesh size is rather accurate,welding aperture could also adjust randomly within the range.It is automatic to make mesh in pieces and in rolls.
