Product feature
1.Multi-station single-column press machine is mainly applied to press-fitting of steering ball studs, bearings and motor rotors etc. in auto parts industry.
2.Adoption of full oil pressure system ensures high pressure, stable operating performance, high pressure precision and large adjustment range.
3.Main shaft has two kinds of speeds, fast forward and pressurized feeding. Fast forward speed improves work efficiency while pressurized feeding speed can be adjusted optionally within certain range so as to improve product press-fitting quality and protect molds and products.
4.Multi-station single column press machine is equipped with mold base. Mold can be replaced quickly to shorten mold replacement time, reduce labor cost and floor area and increase output and improve efficiency.
5.Inching/automatic functions can be switched mutually. Automatic function can be realized through foot switch.
6.Safety protection induction device for Infrared ray operation (Optional according to customers' requirements).
