Sealing device is used in sintering plant widely, and swing eddy current type flexible sealing device is manufactured by Qinhuangdao Hongtai machinery Co., Ltd, is a patent high tech production which invented by several R&D Institutions together. This project is adopted the most advanced material, process and structure, can completely solve all kinds of air leakage defects hold by four bar linkage and double lever, that the defect is decided by the sealing structure itself. After through dozens of Steel Company's transformation(like Wuhan Steel, Sino Steel, Tangshan Steel, Benxi Steel and so on), it proves that the air leakage rate in the head and tail of sintering machine is decreased over 80%, and negative pressure of fore and aft bellows increases about 1KPa, and the air temperature improves about 20 degree. It achieves effective sealing between head and tail of sintering machine, decreases the consumption of energy, and improves the productivity of sintering equipment.

The characteristics:

1. Application of sintering machine in 2 meters and more than 2meters width, Swing eddy current type flexible sealing device can be deformed with the same deflection deformation of the bottom beam of Grate Wing Pallet Cars, to guarantee there is no air leakage in the place of head and tail of sintering machine.

2. Upper cover plate of sealing device is made of alloy material, the upper surface is not easily to draw a groove.

3. The sealed cover is provided with eddy current choke system, thus can lower air leakage, which caused by local distortion or by drawing a groove on the bottom of Grate Wing Pallet Cars.

4. Swing tracking system can make the upper surface of sealing plate to sway in any directions, to ensure the close contact between the upper surface of sealing device and bottom beam of the Grate Wing Pallet Cars.

5. Reasonable structure design, to make sure close contact between the floating sealed plate and the slide of Grate Wing Pallet Cars, no air leakage, and ensured close contact between swing eddy current sealing devices with bellows, no air leakage.

6. Compact structure, easy to install, for traditional sealing device (head 1pc, tail 2pcs), both the sintering area and productivity can be increased after transformation.
