Features and Advantages:

 Concentrating on wear-resistant grinding material for 28 years, Huamin Brand steel grinding ball is excellent in surface quality, hardness, and resistant to impact and abrasion. It won't crack and lose circularity easily.

1) High hardness: Huamin forged grinding steel ball has high hardness: surface hardness can reach to 55-67 HRC, volume hardness 56-64 HRC

2) High Impact toughness: impact toughness is more than 15 J / cm2.

3) Low Broken rate:  peel fragmentation resistance property of over 20000 times. The actual breakage rate is less than 1% and close to 0.

Raw Material

As we know, the quality of forged grinding piece depends on the material by 80%. Our products use high-quality round steel from national large-scale steel mill to insure the quality of our products.

The Production Line And Equipment:

The self-developed automatic steel grinding ball production line is our qualified product, and it has won Chinese invention patent. It uses electric furnace instead of conventional coal combustion method, and the rotary cutting technique replaces traditional air hammer, thereby improving production efficiency by 30 times or even higher

Testing:

Each step of our product will be tested strictly. We take charge of our work and, of course , our products.

In the Chengdong Industry Park of Zhangqiu City Economic Development Zone, it is 50 KM to the east of Jinan Airport, in north of the 309 National Highway and it's 300 kilometer from Qingdao port! The company covers an area of 213,000 Square Meters (including the new land of 67,000 Square meter), total area 320 Mu! The structure area has total 50,000 Square Meters (including the office building area of 7,000 Square meters and warehouse area of 15,000 Square Meters). 

The factory had a total of 230 people (it includes 25 engineering and technical personnel, 40 sales which consists of domestic sales and export sales, 20 administrative staff, 35 logistics service personnel and 110 production workers). The capacity of production is 150000 Metric Tons per year.
