The automatic tube filling and sealing machine, now we have 4 models. Each model have 3 kinds. For example this NF-60Z. It's for aluminum tube filling and sealing. There is NF-60A which is for plastic tube, composite tube filling and sealing. What's more, we can make each model with both funtion to suit for all kinds tube. When filling aluminum tube, you can stop the other function which suit for plastic, composite tubes' filling.
Filling steps:
Plastic tube: tube feeding - filling - heating - sealing - trimming - pushing out
Aluminum tube: tube feeding - filling - sealing - folding - pushing out
