This grinding machine is mainly applied for the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials,chemical, and mining, etc. It can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral mateirals with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity at 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, xircon, cinder, cement grappier, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, soft coal, coking coal, lignite, magnesia, chromium oxide green, gold ore, red clay, clay, bolus alba, coke, coal gangue, porcelain clay, kyanite, fluor-spar, bentonite, medicinal stone liparite, diabasc, pyrophyllite, shale, red stone, emeraldite, basalt, gypsum, graphite, carborundum, heat insulating material, etc.
High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill Features:
1. Compared with other pulverizers under the same power conditions, the output of this machine is increased by 20-30%. Under the performance of highpressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure on raw materials is raised by 800-1200kg.
2. All the mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 can be crushed.
3. The finished powder has a wide range of particle size from the maximum particle diameter of 0.613 mm(30 mesh)to the finest diameter of 0.013 mm(1000 mesh), while the normal particle diameter is around 0.033mm(425 mesh).

High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill Operating principle:
In the main frame,a 1000-1500kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller will circumgyrate around the main shaft,and rolls chosely against the grinding ring effected by the high pressure is 1.2 degree than Raymond mill.
When the stuff is loaded into the grinding cavity, it is shoveled into the space between the roller and the ring for grinding. The grinded powder goes into classifier along wiht the circulation wind of the blower and the standard finenesspowder is guided to the cyclone collector as finished and lager size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding. The circulation wind returns to the blower to repeat the above process and the after wind enters into bag dust cleaner for purification.
When there is abrasion between roller and ring, it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring hence to be ensured, the stable output and fineness.
