Specifications

The belt type filter press is mainly used in the dewatering of sludge in wastewater treatment plants. It uses three continuously looping filter belts to achieve the filtering and compression of sludge. Sludge with less than 99.2% water content can be put on the press directly. The result cake has water content less than 80%. The filter press has low initial investment and excellent dephosphorization ability as well. Plants that use the filter press do not need to build the concentration tank. The filer press can be used not only in the dewatering of sludge in wastewater treatment plants, but also in the dewatering other industrial feed pulp.
1. The unit has a combinational design (thickening + compression) and can operate continuously with high efficiency and effectiveness.
2. The flocculator has a unique design, which uses less flocculant and doesn't require stirring.
The floccules created are large and have high strength.
3. Auto tracking mechanism on both sides of the belt overcomes the flaws of tracking only one side, thus prolonging the service life of the belts.
4. The automatic spray system is uniquely designed to ensure the cleanliness of the belt fabric during continuous use.
5. The tension and tracking systems are pneumatic which is economic and has no potential of oil leak.
6. The filter press is controlled using programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and has failure warnings and auto stop function. It also has remote monitoring and control interface.
