YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen Overview
The vibrating screen moves in a circular motion with multiple layers and high efficiency. The vibrating screen is designed with the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing. It is manufactured with long material screen rifling and many screen specifications.
Circular Vibrating Screen Features
1. Ring groove rivet connection, advanced structure and excellent durability.
2. Designed with a simple structure, with eccentric block as excitation, strong vibrating force, low electricity consumption and low noise.
3. Uses small amplitude, high frequency and big angle structure which enables it to have high screening efficiency and great handling capacity.
4. Uses large clearance bearings
and is lubricated with thin oil. It causes little noise and has a long service
life.
Working Principle Of Vbrating Screen:
Vibrating screen uses
electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the
screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the
screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine's feeding
inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and
unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from
the outlet repectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.
