The applications and principles of Yinshi S-seriesAir-Cooling High Pressure Compressor

The YinshiS-type air-cooling high pressure compressors are widely used in petrochemicalindustry, shipbuilding industry, pressure vessel pressuring, pressure pipelinepressuring, gas lift, pipeline cleaning, well sinking and other industries.

The main machineof the compressor is S-type air cooling piston air compressor, which increasesthe pressure of the atmospheric pressure air to 25MPa after four-stagecompression; the compressor converts the rotational motion of the bent axleinto straight reciprocating motion of the piston through bent axle, piston andconnecting rod mechanism. The volume composed of cylinder and piston changesperiodically under the action of piston, making the air inside the cylindercontinuously complete the process of suction, compression, exhaust andexpansion to increase the air pressure through four-stage compression.

The compressorconnects the diesel engine and the main machine using the reduction gear and isinstalled on a chassis made of channel steel; the entire unit is box-type orstationary-type, which is characterized by high degree of automation, completeprotection, safe and reliable.
