Nicked Base Alloy Cylinder Liner

   Material: The raw material is mixed B, Yb, C, Cr, Mn, Cu and other trace elements and rare earth

     Production Process: Our Company introduced the foreign advanced technology and manufactured the first nickel base alloy
cylinder liner of China, which has longer service life than other cylinder liner. Its technology is to cover the inner wall of the
cylinder liner with alloy by extrusion. And the service life of nickel base alloy cylinder liner is more than
2000 hours, up to 4000 hours.

      Application: The mud pump is the "heart" of the oil field drilling system, and cylinder liner is an important quick-wearing part
of mud pump.


 

 Valve Assembly

Material: The valve assembly consists of the valve and valve seat. Valve and valve seat are made of one-piece premium
forged alloy steel, and follow the manufacturing process specification directly to assure the good finish, accurate size.

Production Process: With the advanced heat treatment it features high ductility, high strength and the surface hardness
is up to HRC60.

Application: Valve assembly is the key to the mud pump hydraulic components, high working frequency, large impact, its
quality directly affects the service life of hydraulic cylinder
     

Piston Assembly
            Material:  The piston assembly is constituted by the piston core, rubber, spring, clamp, etc. Piston core is made of 42CrMo and the piston rubber is made of nitrile rubber or polyurethane rubber.        
  Application: Piston assembly is one of the main parts of mud pump hydraulic system, but also the vulnerable part of drilling work. Mud pump discharge pressure is through the piston assembly by the piston reciprocating linear motion.
